Rates and Availability
We offer 12 month leases, 6 month leases, and shorter term leases may be approved on a case by case basis. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash and tenants pay for the amount of gas and electricity they use. Tenants can only use the park as a secondary residence with the exception of Active Duty Military. We require a $750 security deposit and first month's rent to move in.

Wifi, water, sewer, trash and lawn service are included.
