Rates and Availability
We offer 12-month leases, 6-month leases, and may approve shorter-term leases on a case-by-case basis. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash; tenants pay for gas and electricity. We require a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent and first month's rent to move in.
